Wilmont Farms Riding Academy is a full service English style program offering lessons to all levels of riding (3 years and older). We are a boutique barn designed for your individual riding experience to ensure you reach your objectives and goals. We offer a variety of programs including 30 minute “Mommy and Me” lessons, 45 minute private or small groups lessons, leasing options, and show training.

Jennie Bershon
The riding academy is operated by Head Trainer, Jennie Bershon. Jennie is a dedicated horse trainer who has over 30 years of riding, training and show ring experience. As a junior rider on the East Coast, Jennie competed at Capital Challenge, The Washington International Horse Show, Upperville, and The Devon Horse Show. She attended and graduated from Hollins University in Virginia and continued to show in their intercollegiate program and as amateur. After moving to the west coast, Jennie joined Wilmont Farms in 2005 as Carole Wilner’s Assistant and Trainer. Her training philosophy is one of individual care and the wellbeing of our horses. She prioritizes their health, happiness and wellness to ensure the best possible care. Jennie’s expertise and natural horsemanship fosters a trust and respect between her clients and their horses.
Pricing
Hourly Private or Semi-Private Lessons: $70/lesson
Mommy & Me:
(30 Minute Lessons for riders 3 to 6 years of age)
$55/lesson
